Organic Caterpillar KillerDipel
Dust is a highly selective insecticide for use against caterpillars
(larvae) of Lepidopterous insects. The active ingredient is a naturally
occurring component of the environment. Since Dipel Dust works internally
only, a small amount of treated leaf must be eaten
by the caterpillar to provide a lethal dose. After consuming
a treated portion of the leaf, caterpillars stop feeding within
a few hours. Death follows in a few days. Usage
& Application: Vegetables: For control of Loopers, Webworms, Cutworms, Tomato
Hornworms, Imported Cabbageworms, Salt Marsh Caterpillars, and others, apply 3/4
to 2-1/2 ounces of Dipel Dust per 50 feet of
row. Complete coverage of both sides of foliage is necessary.
Apply when caterpillars (or their damage) first appear. Retreat at
7 to 10 day intervals as needed. May be applied
up to time of harvest. Fruits: For use on Grapes,
Small Fruits, Cane and Bush Berries for control of Grape
